Our development team is comprised of people with extensive practical experience and education in theology and children’s faith formation as well as hands-on experience actually leading VBS programs. The Director Guide is Ultimate Go-To Resource

The Director Guide walks you through every step of planning your Vacation Bible School in a simple, straightforward format, and provides helpful tips to help make your program the best it can be. With schedules, planning tools, ideas for half-day, full-day, or evening VBS programs, no matter what model you choose, your week will be a snap to prepare.

The Director Guide also includes a Celebration Guide, with Opening and Closing Celebration suggestions to ensure that all aspects of the week are integrated and engaging. These gatherings include dynamic skits and provide the opportunity for kids to praise and thank God together before and after breaking into age-level groups. Additionally, youth and adult Bible studies related to the Baobab Blast Vacation Bible School Theme are also included.

The Leader Guides Make Volunteering Easy

The Leader Guides are consistently formatted so that they are easy to follow. Bible backgrounds are provided to help leaders understand the scripture stories and what we can learn from them. Additionally, there are leader helps throughout the guides to help leaders relate the stories to kids in an age-appropriate way.
